Technology, Media and Telecommunications
In this field, most of the outcome is fixed by decisions taken before any infringement occurs. How title is arranged in a software-development contract, in which classes a trade-mark portfolio is held, or whether a confidentiality regime was put in place in a business relationship, determines from the outset the result of a dispute that may arise years later. We therefore invite our clients to have us beside them not only when a dispute breaks out, but at the stage when the right comes into being.
Our services

- Personal-data protection. Drawing up the record of processing activities, building privacy notices and explicit-consent structures, mechanisms for transfers abroad, data-breach notifications, representation in complaints and examinations before the Personal Data Protection Authority, and structures that require dual compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation.
